 The first of two buildings planned for this professional office park, this flexible design allows for a variety of lease options.  The building can be divided into as few as four tenant spaces or as many as ten.  The building exterior presents a professional image in context with the neighboring upscale homes.  The project design and construction was completed on an aggressive time schedule of only six months.

This orthodontic office required careful attention to the dental equipment and related technology requirements.  Completed simultaneously with the construction of the building, this project was also completed on an aggressive schedule.  The office is a prime example of an attractive, functional design that is energy efficient and requires little maintenance.
